"If you want a paradise in somewhat remote area with a gorgeous accommodation, this is it! All the staff was amazing and the facility is so wonderful with attentions to every detail. Nothing but nature is there but if you call a grab, restaurants, major activities are 15 min drive away. "Services and accommodations were excellent. The air conditioning was less than ideal but considering the over 100’ weather, we slept comfortably. A fan of some kind would be nice in the bathrooms, a bit of a sauna in there. Thank you for all your help with our outings, excellent!"

"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly however the hotel is pretty dated and it was around 34 degrees outside and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not up to scratch. We had a couple of sleepless nights here and although the staff were trying to help by bringing in an additional fan to use inside the rooms, it was still too warm."

"This place is a hidden gem. It’s my favorite place we stayed in Vietnam, it’s like a hidden oasis. The grounds are beautiful, you see lots of work being put into the garden, and it’s tucked back in its own mountain valley. They have bikes you can borrow and both Mua Cave and Trang An are nearby- the property sits between the two. The start staff was kind and wonderful."

"Our check-in started badly when they could find our reservation even though it was fully paid for almost a year earlier. Since I had all the paperwork to support our paid reservation, staff upgraded us to a bungalow unit. But bathroom looks stylish but is not functional. Shower splashes & runs all over the bathroom floor. Tile floor is slippery when wet & no grab bars. Definitely not a bathroom for seniors or anyone with stability issues. Grounds are lovely but hotel is far from town so you’re stuck dining @ hotel."
