"Stayed here for 2 nights in July, was not sure what to expect but the staff were an absolute delight! The rooms were spotless and the amenities were well thought out (we had a fan already provided due to the heat!)
We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty.
Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked.

"This small, sweet hotel right next door to the cathedral is a lovely place to stay. It’s a bit quirky; there’s no elevator & the top rooms are up quite a few stairs. But my room was big and pretty, and the (included) breakfast was delicious. My room had a shared bath, but it was right next door, spotlessly clean, & only shared with one other room – really no problem. "Lovely place. Good location. We were there for a wake following a cremation, and then an overnight stay. The staff were lovely and the food prepared for the wake and breakfast was very good. At a difficult time it was something at least we did not have to worry about. "
