Det bedste hotel vi nogle sinde har holdt ferie på og vi har været på rigtig mange lækker hoteller. Det her har det hele. Flot hotel med gode rene værelser, fantastisk udsigt til bjergene, lækker mad og vine i restauranten. Alt var inkl. og de sørger for vi ikke manglede noget. Den lækkerste spa afdeling ude og inde. Lækker bar hvor vi fik nogle fantastiske drinks. Det ligger i smukke omgivelser med bjerge, vin og frugttræer. Vi var på cykel og vandreferie. Der var så mange ruter. Da vi rejste med tog fra Danmark, skulle vi have en taxi derfra til Bolzano. Da vores taxi ikke kom kl. 7.00 om morgen, fik vores vært hurtigt arrangeret med en fra personalet at han kunne køre os til vi lige nåede toget de 18 timer hjem. Vi er jer dyb taknemmelig og er ked af vi ikke kunne takke chaufførerne og jer for denne gestus da vi skulle nå toget. Tak for et fantastisk ophold og det sødeste personale Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Man kann es kurz zusammenfassen - einfach sensationell. Die Gastgeber leben ihre Passion, zu jeder Zeit immer aufmerksam, immer freundlich. Das Servicepersonal ist dabei noch besonders hervorzuheben. Gerade in heutigen Zeiten, wo gutes Personal wirklich kostbar ist, fällt auf, dass hier Profis am Werk sind, die nicht einfach nur ihren Job machen sondern ihren Job auch gerne machen. Das Hotel selbst ist auch super, schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten, traumhafte Saunen mit wechselnden Showaufgüssen und nicht zuletzt wirklich eine Spitzen-Küche. Wir waren das erste Mal im Tirolensis, können aber sehr gut verstehen, warum es so viele "Wiederholungstäter" gibt ;-) Danke liebe Familie Oberrauch
