"Good: clean, staff worked really hard making things look nice Bad: the manager not solving problems 2. The music so loud you could hear to 5th floor 3. Supposedly a hostel = No stove, not enough utensils,paper towels, salt, pepper 3. The laundry room dryers have no temp. gauge (only on high setting) they did supply 2 drying racks enough for 2 loads of clothes. I would not recommend to people who want a regular hostel . It will become expensive quickly."

"Worse experience of our trip! The place was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty nasty and we didn’t end up staying here. We had to find another place. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. And then they want you to keep you too Key with them each time you leave which is just insane."

"Interesting concept, great service and amenities"

"When we arrived, our room was 28 degrees Celsius. The hotel is not legally allowed to turn on air conditioning before May, so we had to open the window. Well, that let in a bunch of mosquitos and didn’t really help cooling the room off. Also, while they did have parking, it was first come first served. They had about 10 spots so it’s a risk. Luckily we got one but backing in and out of the lot was difficult with oncoming traffic. On the bright side, the breakfast was great and we were a short drive from the airport."

"The Hotel Albani is a beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms with great air conditioning. The staff is very helpful and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The young man who is one of the breakfast host is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant also has dinner and our food was delicious and reasonable. The hotel facilities are lovely; nice bar, beautiful dining room and outdoor seating. Although a few blocks from train neighborhood was very busy with lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend!"

"First the positive...beautiful boutique hotel with a combination of antique and modern with the touches of an top interior designer. Beautiful courtyard and close to the train station. Exceptional service from Dario at the front desk who made great recommendations, reservations and enthusiastically greeted us each day. Now the not so positive...Breakfast was not up to par with other boutique hotels we've stayed at in Italy and France. The continental breakfast is weak and your only hot choice is scrambled eggs. Yes you can order an omelet or French toast for an upcharge, but it is not included when you purchase breakfast. 70% of the time we didn't even get asked if wanted anything besides coffee. Internet is great in the lobby but weak in the rooms. We choose hotels with good accomidations, good location and a great breakfast to start the day. This hotel did 2 out of three and is fixable if management wants address. Would not stay here again"
