"Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und die Lage gut. Nun zu den eigentlichen Problemen: Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Außerdem war es extrem laut. Der Gastgeber ließ mich nicht gehen, und ich konnte keine einzige Nacht schlafen. Ich habe Hotels.com kontaktiert, doch der Gastgeber reagierte nicht. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Lärm nicht vom Hotel stamme – was jedoch nicht stimmt. Die Geräusche kamen eindeutig aus dem Treppenhaus: ein dauerhaftes, sehr lautes Lüftergeräusch, rund um die Uhr (7/24)....
