Nice spacious room, very clean and we enjoyed the location. We found drinks were quite expensive at the hotel bar so we didn’t not indulge. I would recommend using the laundry mat nearby opposed to the hotel ones. The ones in the hotel were always busy and did not adequately wash our clothes and the dryer did not work. Overall, lovely place to stay and we would love to be back!

Rooms was on the larger side for Tokyo. Staff who checked us in said he'd upgraded us to a larger room. It was a corner room overlooking the street. Hotel is a bit weird location wise. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The triple room was too small to fit three open luggage. The self service laundry room was very much in demanding. People were waiting lines in hours to get to use the machine.

The only thing I will say is it’s not ideal with guests with larger tattoos, the hotel will only provide 2 covers per guest, you can purchase more from the near by Don Quijote but a hassle. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay
