Hinta/laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen

Kiva huoneistohotelli jossa oli valmiina riittävästi kattilloita ja astioita että sai ruokaa tehtyä. Monesta palvelusta (WiFi, tv:n katselu) ja esineestä (hiustenkuivain) joutu maksamaan vuokraa mutta ilmankin pärjäs.

We stayed for one week in February, the apartments was well located just a short walk from the beach front and restaurants. The apartments were well maintained and clean throughout however the absence of a lift made carrying luggage to the third floor slightly challenging.

Appartement correcte sans plus

Pour y séjourner, le logement était correcte pour le prix. Nous n'avons bénéficié ni de la pension ni participé aux animations. Nous partions toute la journée visiter... Un appartement pour 4 et il manquait une chaise à l'intérieur et 2 sur la terrasse. Le wi-fi gratuit à la réception (seulement) ramait.

Where do I start!

S/c kitchens should at least have tea spoons and only 1 fork was available. 1 tall glass and 2 small. Did manage to get teaspoons after two days no fork! Asked also for plug for kitchen and/or bathroom sinks. We did not get these so had to just run the hot water for as long as was needed. Couldnt put frozen food in freezer if had wanted as was completely iced over. Was very rusty on outside. Bath was rusty inside and on outer rim. Shower holder was green from not being cleaned. WiFi which we paid for a week was only available we found out after the second day in the bedroom, it wouldnt go in our lounge/diner area. New furniture in lounge with very sharp corners, would have been dangerous for children. Sheets were not changed for the whole week, however towels were changed 3 times, last time day before we left. Although on your website for these apartments that there was daily room servicing, there are no room services available on a Friday and Sunday. El Trebol said it was on their website but I couldnt find it. We did however enjoy the week in Costa Tequise very much. We went out of season thinking it wouldnt be very busy but saw more children that week than normal in busy times. Very noisy for us - especially at night when people had had lots to drink and tend not to talk quietly! No air conditioning but could hire a fan if required. Hairdryer, tv remote control, safe combination, hifi password, kettles, irons and fans all available at an extra cost.

Good family hotel, great facilities and good food.

Good location, short transfers, always a bonus with children! Swift check in and directed to room. Very clean, plenty of towels provided and paper/soap. Beds quite uncomfy, but not extreme. Large balcony with views around hotel/pool of which there are 4, one with slides etc. As a family of 4 (30's & 3/5yrs) this was a lovely place to stay, good family entertainment, plenty to eat and drink and unlimited ice-cream!!

Servicio bastante deficiente

El personal de recepción es bastante majo, a excepción de un recepcionista con gafas y pelo canoso, cuyo trato a mi parecer no fue el adecuado. El apartamento no estaba lo suficientemente limpio, además de haber platos sucios. No nos permitieron solicitar cama de matrimonio en lugar de 2 camas individuales. Tiene cocina, pero no teníamos sartenes ni ollas, ni productos de limpieza para lavar los platos. No nos cambian el jabón del baño, que es lo único que ofrecen. Por último, en la limpieza del apartamento no se incluye la limpieza de la vitrocerámica. No hay servicio de limpieza viernes y domingo.

Worth it

Should have been informed they had refurbishments going on, although overall good for the price. Clean and practical, although need to pay extra for TV and wifi (do not bother with wifi as the bandwidth is very poor-better off using the free wifi in the lobby)

Nice hotel in good location to bars and restraunts. Lack of entertainment for children and when there's was entertainment it was always on late at night when chikdren was tired. Overall though good hotel
