"A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. "

"Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht. Das Publikum ist sehr britisch bzw. Irisch, was aber auch nicht stört. In punkto Liegen am Pool reservieren, haben die Engländer uns Deutsche abgehängt😉 Das Frühstück ist sehr britisch,...

"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...
