"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."

"This is the second time that I habe stayed at this property. The fact that there is s pool, sauna and jacuzzi makes me feel like I am on vacation. The room has an air filter which makes me feel protected. I really appreciate this property."
"We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....
"We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The hotel was clean, the beds were cozy, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. We especially enjoyed the fun pool—it really added to our visit. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect would be having a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning."
"Great location if you want to be near downtown Newport just not in the mix of it all. Clean rooms and great staff. My fiancé left some stuff in the drawers and his watch. And they had it bagged up in the lobby waiting for us. Can’t wait to come back !! "
