"If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. "

"Great staff, nice rooms, clean and quiet. Not close to centro and parking near the center of Ancona is much like anywhere in Italy - awful. So take a cab into town definitely too far to walk. Breakfast in hotel is best we have had in Italy in 3 weeks, bravo!!"

"Nella mia camera c'erano circa 20 cimici e un sacco di zanzare perchè non ci sono zanzariere (in nessuna camera, anche nella stanza della mia collega non erano presenti). Non solo...Qualche giorno dopo il check out mi inviano un mess per dirmi che il soggiorno non era stato pagato e che avrei dovuto effettuare un bonifico. Fortuna che avevo conservato la ricevuta di pagamento. Lo staff è abbastanza gentile ma ci sono molto cose da rivedere. "
