Great location, property layout and room. Also we received great 'on-line' help before arriving. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early the next morning - but we intend to visit again next month and use all the facilities fully!

This is a great place to stop if driving to Venice from Southern Italy. The staff was very friendly. It’s an olive oil farm and they wanted to show us the working mill but it was Sunday and closed. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant is the highlight of the place. Bith dinner and breakfast were excellent. The pool was convenient but could have been cleaner. While the place has air conditioing, our was not working and we had to go buy a fan to ensure a good night sleep. While there is a pool, there is limited activities here. I would have expected a tour of the farm offered or a tasting of their products.

Eigentlich schön gelegen, sehr schwierig nur, wenn man abends im Dunkeln ankommt, die Wohnbereiche zu finden, schlechte Beschilderung und viel zu dunkel. Das könnte aber schnell abgeändert werden. Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Haben jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimner gehört. Aber ansonsten schöne Anlage, sauber, gutes Frühstück. Im Sommer bestimmt auch toll mit dem Pool. Wor waren im Herbst und Wasser ist nicht geheizt.

Nella mia camera c'erano circa 20 cimici e un sacco di zanzare perchè non ci sono zanzariere (in nessuna camera, anche nella stanza della mia collega non erano presenti). Non solo...Qualche giorno dopo il check out mi inviano un mess per dirmi che il soggiorno non era stato pagato e che avrei dovuto effettuare un bonifico. Fortuna che avevo conservato la ricevuta di pagamento. Lo staff è abbastanza gentile ma ci sono molto cose da rivedere.

Great place near Ancona

Really nice place, clean and tidy, close to Ancona, Italy. It offers a beautiful landscape, for leisure time and relaxation, just 12 minutes from the centrer of Ancona.

Recommend but with caveat

Wonderful location, new and clean facilities. Excellent service and food. Only issue was noise coming from adjoining room, separated only by a door. Could clearly hear guests next door and the television that kept us from sleeping well. Otherwise it would have been a nice stay.

A modern surprise in the heart of an olive farm.

We loved our stay at A3passi among the olive trees. The room was ultramodern, spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a large patio in front of the room to relax in. It was very peaceful. If the temperatures were warmer, I would definitely have gone for a swim in their inviting pool. We opted for dinner and it was the best meal we had in Italy on our three week trip. Delicious, interesting and healthy.
