"The rooms were clean, and the bathroom includes the typical bidet and towel warmer. The toilet paper roll holder is in an odd place, basically inside of the shower/bathtub area and kept falling apart when I tried to use. The rooftop pool, gym, and deck area is very nice! The staff was great and super helpful. Location is awesome, with a metro right outside the hotel."

"Excellent location! Room is tight. Very helpful staff. But there was a snaffu in the reservation, and the hotel staff moved my baggage w/o my knowledge. They damaged my medical equipment (CPAP machine)."
