"The staff were wonderful. We booked a family deluxe room with a king bed and a king pull out for our family of four. We went to check in and they had upgraded us to joining rooms as a courtesy. It was such a huge relief for our family that we could spread out on our vacation to reset. It was also wonderful being so close to a power station and that had everything we needed (food, clothing, entertainment) Thank you so much Pestana! I highly recommend!"

"Hotel was fine but I will never use Hotels.com ever again as they messed up my booking completely costing me £1600 !!! I called them 3 times and sent 5-6 emails to which each time they apologised and said they would correct it, but never did anything !!!"

"Our stay with our 2 kids was compromised because the fold out bed they used was very poor. It was unevan and bumpy. Even after asking the staff to take a look where they suggested adding an additional mattres, they never actually put an extra mattress in. Our stay was too short to make a further complaint. The lockers in the male changing rooms also didnt work and the sauna and steam room are separate for male and female guests so makes it difficult if you want to use the facilities as a family or even as a couple."

"The hotel is attached to the stadium and we stayed there on a game day, so it was busy and there was a lot of security. The hotel itself was fine, but for the price it could have been better. The lobby is under refurbishment and so there was really no lobby area while we were there. The finishes in the room look worn and could do with a refresh. The bathroom was not so great. The shower head was broken and water was coming out of the handle so you did not get the full amount at the shower head. The toilet did not flush well at all. We had another room in the other tower and that one was much nicer, but for the price of the room, I definitely expected more. "
