"We stayed in this hotel for several nights. I chose it because of the city view including the fortress directly across the river, however, the fortress was covered in scaffolding and closed. We had a little balcony and were on the end of the hotel so right next to us and below was a trashy area with a tin roof where feral cats would lay out in the sun. I of course threw food down to them on the roof which apparently they were quite used to. We were on the higher floor so if u wanna look out...
