I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Tashkent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. I would especially like to thank Obid, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent and would happily stay here again.

Friendly staff, great service, and a clean, comfortable room. Just be careful with the location pin when coming here, as it can be confusing and easy to mix up with Ramada by Wyndham Tashkent. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

This is a wonderful and brand new hotel. The receptionist staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We arrived late at night and left early morning, and the staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night before leaving Uzbekistan. The hotel is so new Yandex drivers do not know how to enter. Still no restaurant at the hotel. Swimming pool was fantastic.

The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I would get to the airport the next day. And it turned out my alternative, Yandex Go, was unavailable the next morning due to drone strikes in Russia on their servers. All turned out well when I went to the front desk the next morning and a driver was there early, waiting for me. I was very grateful but wished to have been spared the anxiety. People who book here should be aware that alcohol is not served anywhere on the premises. Not a problem necessarily, but just something to know.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very good. Unfortunately, the prices displayed on hotels.com are not applied by the property. they say that the prices of hotels.com does not apply VAT but hotels.com receipt shows a "Tax" line, equals to 12% of the non tax amount, which is the VAT amount. this is very disappointing and i had to pay the surplus because i had my flight to catch up and didn't have time to contest it.

An amazing stay thanks to the incredible management! Our stay here was fantastic, largely thanks to the outstanding manager. When an unexpected issue came up, the manager stepped in immediately to resolve it. He is a brilliant problem solver who listens to guests and takes action without hesitation. On top of his efficiency, his warmth and generosity went above and beyond our expectations. He truly cares about the people staying here. We are so grateful for his help and will definitely be back!

Very disappointing experience. The hotel has constant problems with electricity, air conditioning, and water. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t working. Staff kept promising, “20 more minutes” or “one more hour,” but nothing was fixed. Instead, they offered drinks and other extras. For this price, this is unacceptable. If you need a good night’s sleep, especially before a flight, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

The hotel charged nearly tripple the price that was advertised on Orbitz. They added on a whole bunch of fees extra charges when we were checking in. It was really dishonest. Furthermore, their swimming pool is a safety hazard, with the railing being loose and the floors constantly slipper. Orbitz was not able to get us a refund.

Très bel hôtel qui a l’air tout neuf. Chambre moderne et très bien aménagée. Personnel ultra serviable et avenant. Excellent petit déjeuner. Emplacement pratique près de l’aéroport ( nous avions une arrivée tardive). Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter des équipements et commodités de l’hôtel car nous n’y sommes restés qu’une courte nuit. Au final, un superbe établissement, un sans faute!

As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, especially the hotel manager. He was very positive and courteous, and he gave me one of the best rooms with absolutely stunning views. Breakfast, cleanliness, pools—everything is a five-star experience.
