"Had to leave early for the airport but the ladies at the front desk gave us to go bags. Air was fine."

"When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either!"

"Learned that shuttle needs to be scheduled prior to need. Breakfast amazing. Not just your normal warm and cold cereal, but fresh eggs, sausage, fresh biscuits and gravy, waffle machine and fixings, yogurt, fruit, the works. Left ready for The day."

"Room was clean, location was very convenient and the buffet style breakfast was delicious. Pool and Hot tub was a added bonus!"

"Room was cold and heater didn’t work. apparently a water leak on the second floor. Getting a wake up call at 6AM from the GM to confirm I didn’t have water running in my room was not what I expected 😩"

"The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels."
