"The room was definitely not clean. We had to wear our shoes the whole time. I even bought my own disinfectant wipes to clean things. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing so we didn’t even eat. Pool was amazing staff was friendly. Needs updates in room and to be cleaned better."

"The room was not clean. The bed was stained and was covered with hair from the person that slept in it before me. It was obvious the bed was just made and not stripped. Bathtub was stained with cigarette burns and not clean. I travel a lot, and this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms look nothing like the photos. Don’t stay here."

"Pay for parking, pay for internet, pay for breakfast. Room was dirty, no one made the beds the entire stay or changed out the towels, pool was nasty, covered area was falling apart, almost face planted on the steps because they were broken. No towels for pool, no water in lobby, always empty. The lobby was the only thing that was nice (minus the water) as an honors member and former employee, I am shocked at the last couple of days I’ve had at Hilton’s at how bad they have been. Kind of embarrassed."
