"The location is great. It is just 15min from JB CIQ. There are many food options and Jaya Grocer is available for other needs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is extremely comfortable with lots of amenities. Main complaint is the noise. I stayed on the 13rd floor on Friday and Saturday. The motorcycle noise from the road (apartment facing a major road) is unbearable. It continued until 2 to 3am on both night. I initally thought there was a F1 bike race but it is just heavy...

"All was Good upon check in...But Check out was in a mess...Out of 03 Servicable lifts..only 02 are working as 1 is under maintenance...leaving most guests stuck on their respective floors..Need to wait for quite a while before we are able to enter the lift. And only 02 counters available for Guests which also contribute to the long queue. Hope the management will look into this."
