"The room was very nice loved the bathroom. The locker room on pool level is not in great shape, the shower didn’t seem in best condition and leaking the floor with shower water not great set up. Pool is okay. Staff were amazing and attentive "

"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "

"The place was very clean and well kept, we specifically looked for hotels where there’s a gym. Having access to the Equinox gyms — they’re big, clean, and the huge pool was such a nice bonus. Trayce and the staff were also very accommodating in communications with us throughout our time - making sure we have proper hydration, towels, and any amenities that we may have forgotten. It really made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely look forward to staying at everyone at equatorial again! "
