Older refurbished hotel with unkempt exterior, but the room was awesome. Clean, large, comfortable beds. Tub and shower could use some TLC but worked well. For the price in Tallahassee for game time it was great

Check in took forever, it was as if they were illiterate. Room was dirty and smelled terrible. The lights did not work as there were no outlets to plug them in with. Room had German roaches, I checked out immediately. The entire place needs to be shut down, fumigation and remodeled. Then, staffed with competent and efficient personnel. DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN.

Blood on the sheets was a clear indicator that the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else. Completely disgusting!

We stayed two nights.The staff was nice the few times we saw them. There was no fee for pets.
There is no breakfast, and no coffee in the rooms.
No hot water for the showers, or soap if you forgot yours.
There was a cockroach on the wall when we walked in the room. The sink in the bathroom was moldy, there a pubic hair on the shower wall. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets on one of the beds.
The police showed up twice while we were there and all night other guests were screaming and stomping.

Room was equipped. Bed comfortable, interesting room has staircase and loft with 2 full baths refridgerator Microwave. A little sketchy neighborhood so be aware and stay in.light at night. I would have given 4 stars but couldnt shower in morning

Staff was nice but the hotel was run down, pool closed down which was not disclosed. Non working fountains which is a health hazard, non working ice machines and grounds overgrown like an abandoned house. We should get a refund, not worth 250 a night!

Clean enough for guy to stay a night or 2. Definitely wouldn't feel comfortable with the family. Property could use a little updating.

Hotel to be avoided!
No hot water! I think this was built for WW2 and it looks that way.
And let’s not forget that the room was around $100 USD a night, but the. You have to give a deposit that’s $100 as well, that should be listed on the hotels website.
