The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but we did not make use of the kitchen. The room was clean and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The property was centrally located and easy to get to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. It was safe and quiet and we were very pleased with this property. I will be returning to this property whenever we're in Tallahassee.

The room was a great size and cost. The room was neat, but properly cleaned for a new check in (Kitchen Counters and floor sticky, partial roll of toilet paper.) I would stay here again, now that I know what to check for upon check in. Make sure you read what's included and Front Desk hours.

It was not just a hotel room, it was an actual mini efficiency size apartment with its own kitchen with a full size fridge and mini living room. Truly a great price for that space. I didn’t need the kitchen, but I did bring a 1 gallon jug of water with me which doesn’t fit in the typical tiny fridges that are provided in standard hotel rooms, but I was able to keep my 1 gallon jug of water cold since I had the full size fridge. Along with that, the staff were very nice and courteous. It was conveniently located only 5-10 mins away from lots of restaurants, as well as the Capital and Senate buildings. Well worth the money and would gladly stay there again.

The staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. Additionally, the property appeared to be well-maintained, and the grounds were neatly groomed, creating a positive first impression. However, my primary concern was the cleanliness of the assigned room specifically the bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom, I immediately noticed an odor of urine and feces. The toilet bowl contained dried fecal matter stuck inside the toilet bowl, which suggested that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or inspected by housekeeping prior to our arrival. Due to the unsanitary condition of the bathroom, I was forced to leave the property at approximately 8:45 p.m. to purchase cleaning supplies from a local store so that I could clean and sanitize the bathroom before using it. Additionally, upon entering the bedroom area, we were greeted by a large fly buzzing around the room. The persistent fly buzzing noise disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to rest comfortably throughout the night. While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff member and the overall appearance of the property, the cleanliness issue in the room significantly impacted my experience. I hope management will address these concerns with housekeeping and quality control procedures to ensure future guests receive accommodations that meet appropriate cleanliness standards!
