"This property was a great stay for us! The daily breakfast was great, with a wonderful selection of food. The property had two pools, nicely maintained. We purchased the all inclusive food package, this was a little misleading, as you are ONLY allowed to order from two preset menus (western and Thai dishes) and ONLY order alcoholic beverages from one bar on property. The food was all great! However, the all inclusive did not include the speciality restaurants on property and other bars on property. They advertise property as 5 star, it’s not. It’s a 3.5-4 star. It’s large, nice amenities, clean, great location in Patong Beach, and excellent customer service and staff. Overall we would return to the hotel, as we found it to be a great value and nice!"

"The staff kindly upgraded and changed my room, which I appreciated, as the original room was not in acceptable condition. The hotel itself is quite old and is in desperate need of repairs and general maintenance. My new room was better than the dirty room I was first given, but it still had lifting floorboards, which showed the wear and tear throughout the property. The hotel has a good location and plenty of potential, but it really needs a lot of attention and care. The steam room was not working during my stay, and the breakfast buffet should be covered to stop flies landing on the food. There was a good variety of breakfast options, but the hygiene issue was disappointing. That said, the staff were friendly and did their best under the circumstances. They clearly work hard to manage the condition of the hotel, but the building itself needs significant investment and repair."

"An Unforgettable, Idyllic Escape! Santhiya Koh Yao Yai Resort & Spa is truly amazing from the moment you are picked up until your final departure. We stayed in a Sea Water Pool Room, which was absolutely idyllic—featuring a sparkling private pool, lush nature all around, and a full, breathtaking view of the ocean. The dining experience was equally impressive. Lunch at the main restaurant was exquisite, while the breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of choices alongside impeccable service. As frequent travelers who visit many resorts, we can confidently say that Santhiya left a lasting impression on us. We cannot recommend it highly enough!"
