"After choosing the all inclusive, we were very confused with how this system worked. Not one staff member seem to be able to communicate it well in english. Alot of the staff seem un interested and lack of effort to help when trying to clarify the offer. The menu included is very basic so after 2 days, your over the basic menu quickly. "อยู่ใจกลางเมือง หาของกินสะดวก พนักงานใจดีมาก "

"We appreciated the period covered by the hotel through various iterations through to the current hotel. The artefacts, music and indoor/outdoor rooms for guests to relax and sit in are a standout especially with period pieces of furniture, displays including clocks and porcelain as well as images through time add to the significant character of the hotel. Add to this, charming, helpful and engaging staff and you have a great stay. Shout out to Alan, Bella and others who made our stay...
