"When I was checking in the process was easy, efficient and the person behind the desk was very compassionate and thoughtful. The room was ok. The floor had sticky areas, the spot in the wall for the kleenex fell off in the middle of the night, the tub held water while showering and was slow to drain even after water was turned off. The hair dryer smelled like something that might catch fire so I decided not to use it."
