This is a wonderful place to stay in Taipei. The room was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. I would always recommend this hotel to everyone and would certainly choose this hotel for any future visits to Taipei.

Do not trust its red brick facet that seems a bit too old, the room is very clean and well-maintained. The service was just right and heart warming. There is a 2024 Michelin steak house inside the hotel, which I highly recommend, 15% off for hotel guests.

As a customer for years, I still want to rate this hotel a high mark. Hotel’s recent renovation uplift the rooms from traditional to modern classic. Along with much better services. Garage staff, door attendant, front desk personal and room services are all excellent. Hotel’s location is perfect for food lovers. Couple Michelin ranked restaurants are steps away. One restaurant in the hotel got Michelin ranking. Room service items are good quality and very reasonable. Nearby malls has food court. Hotel’s breakfast is very good.

We really enjoyed the warm welcome at the reception and the cozy, quiet atmosphere during breakfast. It seems the hotel mainly caters to business travelers, so we hardly saw any families with children — which made the environment even more peaceful. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared; nothing felt mass-produced. You could clearly tell the food was made with care and attention to detail. We also loved the bed and pillows. They weren’t overly soft, providing just the right support for our backs and giving us a truly restful night’s sleep.
