Good stay overall

Good location very close to Metro and very close to Din Tai Fung dumpling restaurant. Decent sized room however for a long stay recommend booking a room with a window. Free laundry was great, the staff were nice and the hotel had a chilled out feeling to it.

The hotel location is great. Some of the staff could hardly speak English, so their service was difficult. The reception was left unattended sometimes. Bed was comfortable and the room quieter than one would expect given the hotel location.

The room was new, nice, and clean, even though it is a bit small and there is no view. The window was facing an air gap between another building, so it is nice and quiet. There is a washing machine and a dryer on the 5th floor with detergent for you to use. The location is also very convenient, just 3 minute walk from Dongmen MRT station.

Fabulous small hotel in a great location between Daan Park and Dongmen stations and close to Daan Park itself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The most comfortable bed ever. Clean and tidy. Some damp on one wall but nothing drastic. Large shower with plenty of hot water. Not a massive drying area in the shower room though. Air con worked well.

We did a last minute booking to ARK hotel and counter staff is helpful as this is the last room for saturday and sunday. They helped us to retain the room and we are very gladful for their gesture. Overall, the room though small but it's everything you needed it's there. Coffee and snacks available at counter, location is great fo shopping and eating. Within 5 min distacnce from Dongmeng station. We are happy with our stay and services rendered by counter staffs in ARK hotel.

Location was very convenient. Comfortable bed and good hot shower with enough pressure. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Found hairs from the former guest and a dirty bathroom door. I cleaned it with a towel. My room was next to a building with metal roofing, which made an awful noice when it rained, keeping me awake at night. And the airconditioning was very cold. Even when i turned it off, the room remained very cold. Staff was friendly.

The property was quiet and clean and located right near the Dongmen subway stop. It's close to the Yongkang St so the nearby shaved ice and other food venues were great! (plus 7-11 is nearby) They had free laundry too, which was unexpected and nice! Plus they had snacks out in the lobby from 1p-6p so we could try some Taiwanese snacks. There is a scale in the lobby to weigh one's bag before heading to the airport. There is a water dispenser in the lobby too...and a tea kettle in the room. Check in is 2pm, I believe. Note that the pillows and bedding are down, so if you have an allergy, ask for accommodations before you head up to your room. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
