We stayed 2 nights and this was a great hotel. It had all the modern Western amenities that we looked for. We utilized the gym, restaurant, and heated pool. It was in a great location close to many of the activities we were interested in. There is a 7-11 less than 5 min walk and many restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stay here again!

Very professional and high end hotel to stay in Tainan. I can't say it was conveniently located, but everything is farther away in Tainan. And easiest transportation is taxi anyway in this city. I judge a hotel by its bathrooms, and this hotel is emasculate with even rain fall shower! There's a small gym, swimming pool, and laundry on the roof all very well managed and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tainan.

Very beautiful hotel with great service, large rooms and a very good breakfast! We also very much enjoyed the pool on the rooftop. We were only here for one night, but we wished we had stayed longer. Never stayed in a hotel before where the value for money was this good.

My initial room had an issue with plumbing so they quickly helped me change the room, though it had a different layout than my original room. Design is modern and thoughtful. Breakfast food is amazing with pretty flexible hours for non-early riser like myself. Highly recommend!

As the property is still fairly new, the rooms are updated with wooden floors. I totally liked the rooms but not the very limited breakfast, including the omelet which had cold ingredients. So I ate my meals at other places outside the hotel

The room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfy. However, it felt really humid in the room even though the air con was on at 22 degrees. Luckily we managed to borrow a dehumidifier -- thanks to the very helpful staff, but it was already the last night. Wish I had asked earlier. Breakfast buffet was nice, but the food options were almost the same throughout our 4-night-stay, which included a weekend. It was generally not bad, but there might be better options at this price given the super humid room and repetitive food choices.

The hotel is very clean and looks practically new. The breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've had during my whole stay in Taiwan, there was so many choices and variety. All of the staff were very polite and would always greet us which would make us feel welcomed. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful and I could see myself using it if it was hotter out. My only critique is the gym, it's very small and has a good machine that can target a lot of muscle groups but it desperately needs weight plates to add to the bar. All in all would stay here again.

Great place!

Stayed as a couple. Got a family room. Very good space. Even with 2 large luggages open, there plenty of room to walk around. Seems new and well designed. Had a water dispenser right outside the room, which was excellent for coffee etc. . The breakfast is superb with lots of choices and delicate small tasty dishes. More or less the best hotel breakfast I have experienced.
