"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. * Lots of water pressure in shower
* Had 2 bathrooms (one had a shower)
* Close to horse racing track (walk there in minutes)

* Hotel and room show their age, carpets old and worn. Furniture old
* Has a bar off the lobby (see it in photo on their advertising) but it is actually now one big storage room"
