"We stayed at the Mövenpick Aswan for 3 nights in two king rooms (#1111 & #1101). Both faced west, and unfortunately, the AC in those rooms could not cool below 21°C. The hotel reception team was very accommodating and sent technicians several times to try to resolve the issue. By the third night, we accepted their suggestion to move rooms. While it was frustrating to spend part of our vacation packing and unpacking again, the east-facing room (#1120) and another west-facing larger room cooled...
"Great location and amazing room with great and helpful staff. It can be a little difficult to find the entrance door but everybody on the island is very helpful. The little ferry runs every 10mins for only 10£.
Great stay. We would come back! "
"The hotel was absolutely wonderful with no complaints at all. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and on one occasion when I had a tour at 5 am, they kindly prepared a lovely breakfast basket for me to take along. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay."

"Impossibilité de rester dans cet hôtel qui est dans un état déplorable. La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent.
J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel.
