"The Dream Suite number 2 was disappointing as it didn’t look like the advertised apartment. It had no scenic view ( you looked at the gate and car park) and it was dark as it was situated in the middle of a group of apartments and on the ground floor. Good aspects were parking close to the door, and easy walking into the town and port and nearby supermarket. However, the interior was tired and in need of an update. There were no pictures or decorations ( like a clock) on the walls and the curtains were too long and poorly fitting. Luckily we were out most of the time and just used it to sleep, but you wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in it , especially with a family."

"Small, beautiful hotel with lovely views and a heated pool. Breakfast was extensive with à la carte options included as well as buffet. Dinner menu didn’t change while we were staying - apparently changes every few days so we only ate in the hotel once. Very beautifully presented gourmet food but limited options (3 per course). There are restaurants in the local area but you need a car to get to them. Couldn’t fault the service. One minor annoyance was that the evening housekeeping team came round every day whilst we were in the middle of showering pre dinner, at check in we had been offered a choice of three room fragrances and we think we missed out on this with the lack of evening housekeeping. Not remotely an issue overall but I wonder whether a slightly later evening turndown service could be provided. The massage was good, unusual not to complete any kind of health information form beforehand and would have appreciated a glass of water afterwards which is commonplace in other spa settings. We would definitely consider returning as it is 20 minutes from Olbia airport but you feel you are in the middle of nowhere. "

"The staff were fabulous extremely helpful. The room was disappointing so We moved to another which was better. The area was as the photos depict but Unfortunately the photos on Hotels.com web site of the rooms were not true reflections of the actual rooms. So this made it disappointing."

"We booked this place based on the premise that there was a restaurant and a shop on-site as listed, these are both just nearby in the same village, either way these are both completely closed off-season despite the description. The private beach again is just a public beach that's nearly a whole 10 minute walk from the residence. The bedding was handed to us in a plastic bag that we had to put on ourselves? There were stains on the blanket and sofa cushionss. No soap, washing up liquid, bin bags and paper thin blankets. We left on the 2nd day as it was a 50-60 euro taxi ride into town with nothing to do around us, huge disappointment. We even met 2 separate couples who shared our grievances. If you book here please DO NOT do it off-season and with no car rental. But luckily the rest of our holiday was saved with a cheap apartment in Olbia."

"Amazing hotel, stunning views, nice friendly staff, exquisitely clean. The birthday cake surprise on my birthday was beyond nice. Nice serene beach with crystal clear water. I would go back in a heartbeat."
