Both rooms were unable to use the deadbolt locks, they weren't aligned with the door frame at all which was very concerning and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA
I really enjoy this hotel, though it is very pricey. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with the omlets. Paying for parking feels a bit silly, which is why I'm rating 4 stars (overall price and parking.)
