Needs attention - cleanliness, room fixtures like bulbs were not working & were left as is even after follow up, bathroom was stinking all the time, open pipe leaking in bathroom, bed covers had stains"
"The view of the hills shown in the picture on the website is outdated, there is no longer a view of the hills. The image should be updated to reflect the current surroundings. Additionally, the area around the property is not clean."

Some level of blockage in washroom drain.

"When I reached property they kept saying that they did not receive money for my booking. Also my room was not ready at 12 pm. They gave me temporary room to keep my stuff which was terribly dirty and worse maintained.
Finally they gave me room at 7 pm. This room was better but fan and AC were without any control, they kept running as same speed.
In night 3 am, electricity went off and there was no backup. People were kept walking in night.
Google also does not location properly.

"I had an absolutely amazing stay here and will be back each time I come to the area. Chetan, Pawan, and Simona were all great as were the housekeeping, front desk and Boulevard teams. I cant wait to come back. "
