"We booked at Novotel for convenience going to the airport. It was all worth it - value for money! Buffet at breakfast selection was good. However, we noticed that the lighting in the room was not well lit esp near the big mirror. It was hard to do make up even at daytime."

"Clean rooms great customer service we also found room service wasn’t over priced like most hotels and was great. The indoor pool wasn’t busy which was great. My only complaint was check in took a while it was a slow process."
