The check in staff (Benjamin) excellent. Early arriving flight so at hotel very early. A room was available and I could check in. This is such a a great thing to have done. Really appreciate it.

Quest Macquarie Park
The property was great. Spacious and clean. Nice amenities. The man at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. He was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. He needs to be in a different line of work and also get some manners.

It was ok I would recommend that the shower curtain are replaced as they had spots of black mold on them And the carpet underneath the the steps to the top bunk also had mold on the carpet

Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park by IHG
One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. ...
