"Build and rooms looked old and tired. Bathroom had mould everywhere. Carpets need to be replaced. One lift was not working on the day of departure, staff seemed unaware and had taken not action to get fixed. Reception staff were slow. Requested an early check in prior to arrival (1pm instead of 3pm) ..."
