"The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are basic at best. One of two lifts is out of order. The working lift is very slow. Bath mats are provided on request. Hotel should provide as standard. The heater in the bathroom has a lot of rust on it. No complementary tooth brush and no tooth paste. ..."
