The chalet was a lot smaller than expected.
In the main bedroom it wasn't possible to walk around the bed properly as the room is so small. The wardrobe doors couldn't be opened properly as there was no space.
All of the furniture in the chalet was older flatpack furniture that was coming apart at the joints. The TV unit looked like it was about to collapse.
We booked for 3 nights (the minimum allowed), but left after 2 nights as we couldn't bear the thought of a 3rd night in this cramped cabin.
There were several extremely dirty glasses in the kitchen. We did report this on the 2nd day when we found someone to talk to, but by then we'd had to wash them for ourselves so we had some to use.
The self check-in just means they sent us the code for the keysafe the day before we arrived. There was no-one to meet us or introduced themselves.
We did meet Wanda who apologised for the incomplete cleaning and the bins not being emptied and did offer to come and make this right, but by then we'd already had enough.
One last thing, there is no wifi in the property and no mobile phone signal. We had to leave the chalet to make phone calls or check emails, the news, etc.
The campsite next door was also full which meant the access single-lane road to/from the holiday park was difficult to navigate as it was busy with pedestrians and cars. There was a lot of reversing into people's driveways to use as passing places.
Overall a disappointing experience, so bad we left a day early.
