Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use

Tongli Lakeview Hotel
Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night.

這裡景色優美，房間整潔乾淨。地點緊鄰盤門景區，住客可以免費入盤門景區參觀。雖然距離許多知名景點如拙政園、平江路等有段距離，但飯店前面就是公車站，有公車可以直接到達那些景區，相當方便 入住期間我們的客房服務員是圣书扣女士，我們在某一天的中午回去時遇到她，她非常熱情，也仔細確認我們是否還有其他需要，但同時她也細心的確認我們的 身分、確認我們是否確實就是這個房間的住客，這讓我感到更加放心。我不知道圣女士是否看的到這個評論，但我們很感謝她的服務
