Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Horrible staff and communication. I showed up and they didn't have the room key for me and wouldn't contact the person who did for me. They laughed in my face when I asked what I was supposed to do and giggled away. They eventually just walked away as I tried to figure out a solution and left me to sleep in the lobby. I had to leave and find another hotel and still haven't received a refund

We are sorry for your inconvineince cause the time that you came 2 A.M.We already closed our reception,we also write that on our booking page that we will close at 10.00 P.M.and I’m pretty sure people that you met and giggled to you might be our guest that stay in the our apartment not our staff.We didn’t get any money from you yet if you want the refund you can ask from expedia.Thank you for your comment we will improve our apartment.
