Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview
"Restaurant is understaffed and staff looked exhausted. Waited an hour for a biscuit that never came, I gave up. Look warm $4 coffee, no staff available to ask if I needed anything like cream or sugar. These are fixable problems. Maybe should consider hiring more staff."
