"We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! Das Apartment liegt im 2 Stock und man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Bis...

"Great place on the Bulgarian seaside. We visit every time, when we decide to have a holiday in Bulgaria. From the beginning. Experience on the reception was excellent as always, very welcoming and professional. Makes you feel that extra special. The rooms were lovely. They ofer us an apartment, as a family of three, really very kind of them. And a double room for our friends. Both of them excellent,and with a nice sea views. Good spacious rooms, cleaned regularly through our stay. The restaurant and the food at Helena sands, are just fantastic. Very high level, with a good choice of salads, fish and meat. Have their own beach. You have to go a bit early, as it gets filed very quickly. But once there, lovely clean sand and shallow water. Perfect family holiday . Thank you very much for our stay, and expect us next summer again 😀 "

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
