Hotel location is very good, near town and public transport, but shockingly, TV provided in room does not serve it's purpose as nothing can receive in every channels which is just like staying in jungle.
It's shocking to see the lackadaisical attitude of the technical staff who just came to see the TV & refused to even try to adjust the channels when requested. He even proudly told me that "it's like this one, cannot improve anymore" and then just walk off, without doing anything at all, not even trying to test or adjust the aerial cable connection, which I noticed was very lose not properly connected.
Why the hotel need an employee who just spend his time walking around not knowing his scope of work??
