"We had a one night stay for the footy game at Suncorp. I booked the two bedroom
Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with. "
"The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel."

"Ideal location in Kangaroo point near the iconic Story Bridge Hotel and walkable from the CBD along the fabulous footbridge. Water supplies and comfortable amenities and I was given an extra hour after a very late night. The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! "

"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
