"Pleasant enough stay and the staff were all lovely but the hotel room we had is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. There were stains on every surface in the room including the ceiling. Disappointing as would expect more from an IHG hotel."

There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."

"We booked a superior apartment, it had no aircon in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan was not very strong.Also no curtains as listed in description, just blinds, so the sun came through each morning.
