"I was surprised this hotel was a 3 star. It should be a 5! The room was clean, updated, spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel grounds were well kept. I would stay here again"

"Place was clean and quiet. They had complimentary make up remover packets, one of which had a wierd sticky substance on it. But sheets, blankets, towels, and floors were all clean and nothing smelled. Would stay there again"

"Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor."
