"I simple love this HOTEL"

"For a hotel that’s supposed to be the #1 resort hotel in Vero….. the amenties pool, restaurants, beach were all good. Not luxurious but good. The shower in our room must have been handicapped because we had water on the floor the entire time. No vanity in bath, just a sink. Elevator creaked terribly. Staff friendly for most part except gal who checked us in on 5/29. Restaurant very nice overlooking pool and very good food."

"I had asked if they had a room on the bottom floor close to the door because I am disabled and they accommodated me very well. As far as the room itself, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It had black mold, pink mold, and dust. The floor hadn't been swept. It was just very shocking to say the least. I had to sleep there one night. In the morning, I had to be moved as they had to bring someone in to get rid of the black mold i had to move to a different room on the other side of the same floor next to the back door. The room was much better, (handicapped room) The employee at the front desk even helped to clean the room I was moving to with the cleaning person. No complaints about the room. The staff was wonderful. Everything else about the hotel was great."
