"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "This was our second stay at Hotel Central and it was not as successful as the first time. We were in room 115. After a long trip up from Zadar and a tiring afternoon and evening, we were ready to drop off just before 11pm when the people in the next room decided to shower and then use the wall-mounted hairdryer. The hairdrying - 2 sessions - lasted almost 30 minutes - their bathroom backed onto our bed headbord, which vibrated. The noise of the shower next door and the hairdryer is VERY loud. Early the next morning, our neighbours showered again and one of them again used the dryer. Perhaps we were unlucky with the room allocation, but I pay for a good night's sleep and didn't get one."

"The room was clean and had an adequate size in an excellent location. This rating is based on the issue that is an urban hotel where our windows sat adjacent to the windows of the next building, thus not encouraging moving the dark drappes. As for breakfast, you get to decide from three options for each day and it would be delivered at the time of your choice to your room. For us it was a time saving event by facilitating meeting early morning excursions. Some may want the comfort of eating out. Staff was charming and extra helpful."
