Large apartment, well equipped and very clean. The staff is very kind and attentive. It is in front of the Tram stop. Easy access to the city center.

Due to the ferry being delayed we were later to check in than we anticipated. This meant that we arrived after 6pm and the reception was shut. We managed to get into the reception but did not have a code to collect our key for the room. After phoning up the number provided we finally managed to get our room key but it meant a stressful start to our holiday. The location next to a tram stop was good and it was easy to navigate into the city on public transport. Not much else around the hotel though. The room was clean and quiet and suited our needs for a 2 night stay.

Its a nice aparthotel. The sofa bed is comfortable. The car parking is in rear of the building. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel which you can take to go to center. Very handy. The apartment has a handy kitchen. Overall very nice stay.

Loved staying here. Clean room with mini-kitchen was a great place to stay for a week. It's right on one of the streetcar lines with easy access to everything else in the city.

Great place to stay just outside Strasbourg

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right next to a tram station, which was perfect for getting to Strasbourg. The tram was a little noisy but not unbearable. The room had plenty of space & stayed nice & warm. We sometimes had difficulty locking the door when we left, but the door can’t be opened without the key & the building can’t be accessed without a code so we weren’t too worried about our stuff. Definitely appreciated the affordable, gated parking lot.

Air Conditional spoilt. Water dispensal spoilt. Do note that the hotel is next to tram stops, hence it is very noisy and disturbing at night. Train ends at 12.30am and starts at 5am. I had two terrible sleepless night. Worse i have to open the room windows as the whole building air-con not working.

We have a reservation for three rooms for seven people but when we arrived in front of the hotel, only one room is available.. We ask the people of the reception why we don't have all our rooms. She only answer she is not his business, we have to contact Expedia. After finding the number, we had called and waited during almost 2 hours and half without to find a solution because everytime we had someone at the end of the wire, they asked me to wait the time to look for a solution but after the waiting, the phone hung up itself.. Finally, some of my friends had to look for another hotel but they didn't find it because it was the weekend of the 14th August (long week) and no rooms were available.. they slept on their cars..

Unterkunft im Großen und Ganzen Ok, da Ziel ein Kurztrip war. Leider war die Sauberkeit etwas mangelhaft. Einzelne Haare der Vorgänger, im Bad Wasserspuren ebenfalls vom Vorgänger, Treppenhaus dreckig, Frühstücksraum leider auch unsauber. Teller beim Frühstück Mangelware

Hôtel propre et confortable. C’est la deuxième fois que je réserve pour cet hôtel et j’en suis une nouvelle fois très contente. Il est proche de la frontière allemande ce qui est très bien si vous souhaiter y allez. Et c’est à 30min de Rulantica et Europapark :)
