"Friendly staff and a great location. Very convenient to the Homme de Fer tram station which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. There is free coffee in the lobby but I would prefer to make my own in my room and not have to travel downstairs to the lobby before I shower and get ready for the day. There is a...

"Room was very large, everything was comfortable, clean and worked as it should. Front desk staff very nice and welcoming. We were there for only one night and did not get to take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was well-stocked."

"Great location and friendly staff. Had a one-BR apartment which was nice with a modern feel. Kitchenette and bathroom were great and air conditioning worked incredibly well. Carpet in the hallway needs a good cleaning. Gym is nice (treadmill and stationary bike) but it needs weights. I had a room in the back (very quiet) but rooms in the front of building were noisy (trams running right in front). Overall, nice for longer stays (stayed 5) and would go back."

"This is an affordable, practical solution for a longer stay and should be accepted as such. Having said that, the suite had a useful kitchen with multiple burners, coffee pot, toaster and electric kettle as well as minimal cutlery and kitchen gear. Recent rehabs and nice materials and tidy bathroom, kitchenette, furnishings were nice. Super location! "Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for. This place was pretty basic, but for Strasbourg it was good value for money at just over £50 per night. Two single beds, one fits under the other to make a sort of double, a basic kitchen (two hot plates) and a fridge. We had a lovely view of the rubbish bins….the alternative was the other side which was a busy railway. It worked for us, two nights on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. "

"The check-in and the staff was excellent, l also had a question a few days before my arrival and they answered fairly quickly. The rooms are exactly as the pictures and rather spacious, l will definitely stay again in this hotel. :-)"

"This was a good basic hotel, but in need of maintenance. Excellent room size for 3 people, with a good kitchenette. Carrefour supermarket close by which is handy. Parking was off site - but an easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and close to the large shopping centre."
