"The room was clean. Check in staff was very accommodating. The internet was not working most of my stay. check out staff was rude. I needed a late check out, and the front desk clerk was not nice about it, charged me $40, and practically laughed at me when I asked for a discount since the internet was not even working."

"This is an amazing property with very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff keeps everything well maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. The only things I didn’t like were the parking charges and the breakfast, which was the same every single day. Since I stayed for 11 nights, it would have been nice to have more breakfast variety. Because of these two issues, I am giving 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Other than that, everything was great."

"The hotel was wonderful, service excellent. My only complaint was the shuttle bus did not have a runner board to step up and down on when entering and exiting the shuttle. I twisted my knee getting out because the drop to the concrete was too far for my legs."
